Hey everyone! I'd like to know which medicine you prefer to bring down high temperature.

So many medicines out there, like ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin, and others, and I'm interested in which one you personally find effective.
Do you usually go for over-the-counter meds or do you trust home remedies as well?
How quickly do they help? Let me know what works for you!
